Refund policy

At Buzzy Bee, we take pride in creating high-quality cakes for your special occasions. If there is an issue with your cake, please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Corrections & Fixable Issues

    • If there is a problem with your cake and it can be fixed, we will gladly make the necessary corrections. However, in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
    • Please return your cake to the Wilmslow bakery for us to correct the issue.
  2. Refund Eligibility

    • A refund will only be provided if the cake is returned due to:
      • The wrong cake flavour being made.
      • The entire cake decoration being incorrect.
    • If the cake cannot be fixed, a refund or credit will be issued.
    • Please provide photographic evidence of all issues. 
  3. Timeframe for Complaints

    • Any concerns regarding your cake must be reported within 72 hours of receiving it. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
  4. How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Please bring the cake back to our store as soon as possible for assessment.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
