Our festive chocolate sponge roll is filled with fluffy fresh cream and a layer of our homemade jam, then finished with a silky chocolate ganache. Indulgent and rich, yet beautifully light thanks to the moist sponge and cream.

Ingredients

Dark chocolate, unsalted butter, caster sugar, light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, organic free-range eggs, cocoa powder, sea salt, baking powder, double cream, strawberries, raspberries.
